Rupee Falls 10 Paise, Closes at 96.35 Against US Dollar

On Thursday, the Indian rupee opened at 96.25 against the US dollar and closed at 96.35, marking a decline of 10 paise for the trading session.
At the close, the Sensex was up 1.44 points at 77,186.87, while the Nifty was down 5.75 points (or 0.02 percent) at 24,072.75. Approximately 1,947 shares advanced, 2,119 shares declined, and 194 shares remained unchanged.
