The Indian rupee strengthened by 07 paise against the US dollar on Friday, closing at 95.21 per dollar.
The domestic currency opened at 95.28 per dollar and remained under pressure for most of the session, trading within a narrow range. However, it managed to recover marginally and ended the day at 95.21, marking a modest gain against the greenback.
