Rupee opens at 95.21 against the dollar.
On Friday, the Indian rupee opened at 95.21 against the dollar, up 18 paise from its Thursday close of 95.39.
The Sensex was up 450.78 points or 0.58 percent at 77,952.90, and the Nifty was up 138.75 points or 0.57 percent at 24,314.45. About 123 shares advanced, 44 shares declined, and 5 shares unchanged.
