On thursday, the Indian rupee closed at 90.91 against the dollar, compared to its opening rate of 90.87.
At close, the Sensex was down 27.46 points or 0.03 percent at 82,248.61, and the Nifty was up 14.05 points or 0.06 percent at 25,496.55. About 2058 shares advanced, 1973 shares declined, and 142 shares unchanged.
