Rupee Opens 7 Paise Lower at 96.05 Against Dollar

The rupee had closed at 95.98 on Monday, whereas today it opened at 96.05 per dollar, a decline of 7 paise.

The BSE Sensex was trading at 72,559.35, down 212.37 points or 0.29%, while the NSE Nifty was trading at 22,715.30, down 64.95 points or 0.29%.
