Rupee opens 77 paise weaker against dollar Due to the dispute between Russia and Ukraine, the rupee opened with weakness against the dollar in the foreign exchange market today. Today the rupee opened with a weakness of 77 paise at Rs 76.93 against the dollar. At the same time, on Friday, the rupee closed at Rs 76.16 with a weakness of 25 paise against the dollar.
